Why we sell done-for-you, not do-it-yourself.

Any decent developer can wire a chatbot to a website in a weekend now. The demo is always impressive. Then Monday comes: prices change, pages move, the bot answers last quarter's question, and nobody owns the fix. Fourteen months later someone's nephew is still "maintaining" it, which means nobody is.

Running a bot well is unglamorous maintenance — rescraping, retraining, watching conversations, fixing wrong answers the same day, and sending a report that justifies the invoice. That is a job description, not a side quest. SMEs don't hire for it, so we sell it as the product.

Done-for-you means: you send a URL, a bot is live in 48 hours, and the same builder who shipped it keeps it correct. Our longest client has renewed twice over two years. Nothing about that story required them to learn software.

If you like owning infrastructure, buy a toolkit — honestly, some teams should. If you want the leads without the upkeep, that is what we are for. Start a trial and judge us on the preview.
