What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company, website), account credentials (stored hashed, never in plain text), your website content used to train your bot, and the leads your visitors leave in chat. We also keep basic service logs needed to run and debug the product.

How we use it

To build, host, and support your bot, to send your monthly lead report, and to reply when you contact us. Your content trains your bot only. We do not sell data, run ads against it, or share one client's content with another.

Where it lives

Hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Embeds are locked to your domains, so the bot answers only on sites you approve. Account sessions use a single login cookie; we run no advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

Your content, leads, and reports are yours and export with you at any time. Ask us to delete your account data and we will, except where invoices require statutory record-keeping. Backups age out on rotation.

Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA you may ask what we hold, correct it, or withdraw consent. Reach us through the trial form or your dashboard and we will respond within 2 business days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new date. Continued use after that point means you accept the update.
