Terms of service.

Service

AI Desk builds, hosts, monitors, and fixes done-for-you AI chatbots for your website, plus an optional WhatsApp add-on tier. Each bot covers one agreed domain unless a multi-domain tier is quoted.

Fees and payment

Setup plus annual hosting are quoted upfront and invoiced together, prepaid. There are no refunds mid-term: if you cancel, hosting runs to the end of the paid term. Agency rev-share is paid quarterly with a per-client ledger.

No SLA

We work to keep bots fast and correct, with same-day fixes for anything broken — but there is no uptime guarantee, no response-time contract, and no custom development per client. Tiers only.

Acceptable use

Your bot must not give medical, legal, or financial advice, collect data you have no right to hold, or break Singapore law. We may suspend a bot that does, after telling you why.

Ownership

Your content, leads, and reports are yours. You grant us a license to host and process them solely to run your bot. Our platform, tooling, and these pages stay ours.

Termination and export

Either side may stop at term end. Your content and history export with you in standard formats. We delete your hosted data on request once statutory invoice records are set aside.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, or data beyond that cap.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore.
